Sen Spence with amendment 150 is trying to allow edible manufacture to only get trim from 5 dispensaries. Kind of confused on this one it went really fast.

it'll be difficult to fund compliance checks & armed auditors on fees alone.
medicine is not taxable in CO, so it makes sense. If they want that money, it will need to be sold for rec use.
