I grow in pots too. They dry out fast when the temp's get up there, so ya might want to watch em close. Can anyone see that green house? Just thinking someone might want to investigate it. Just looks out of place, but if your comfortable then, your call:thumbsup:

Hey TK, it just occurred to me--
Are your plants somewhere they won't catch any "stray light" after dark? That can cause problems with hermies and flowering.
No porchlights.
No streetlights.
Occasional car headlight OK, but not much more than that....
Nothing continuous any brighter than the stars and moon, and that's pretty dang dim.
And plants love to get transplanted. Looks like you may be getting close so time to start reading up on it. It's easy--no sweat. :thumbsup:If your plant gets rootbound it'll basically poison itself. :(
Take Care, Hermie

Nah man, i live in "the country" if anyone can see the "greenhouse" theyre using binoculars, i know my neighbors, we tilled a 20X10X8 plot last year and grew tomatoes and corn, so they dont really suspect anything sinister. and im not feeling any paranoia :).
I transplanted a couple more the other day, im gonna wait another week or two before transplanting the bigger ones. Which btw 2 have already started showing me white armpit hairs :). It is 100% darkness out where they are at night, It turns out the one i thought was a hermie was just a male, but they were definitely showing pollen pods so i ended up destroying him as well :D. They are really shooting up right now, definitely very healthy.
So far each time i've transplanted the plant was already reaching for the sun again an hour later, so i dont think im to worried in that sense, its just that it's easier to move a plant thats in a plastic pot as opposed to a clay pot.
Ill have some pics up in a couple days, until then, any comments or criticism welcome!!

Hey Hermie keepen er green?. My first grow i thought turned out great, intill i was reading this year and discovered that what i had grown and smoked, were two hermies. Big ones. lol Hell i thought id grow some plants. I really didnt know what i was doing. But what i did wrong was grow them on my deck. Well the chick that lives here sometimes works late. My daughter was turning the deck light on a few times a week and two nice plants went hermie. I found out 2 years later, because i began to read and read more. I read in a grow log about not taking night time pic's to avoid hermy. Well at that point i was laughing at myself because of how i had showed off the hermies i grew. Wish i would have known then i coulda made femed seeds with a hermy.:rasta:

So! a bit of good news bad news deal today.
I had to remove another male :(, i decided to let this one live to practice topping and some LST techniques.
On the higher note i have one thats already showing pistils at multiple internodes, sad though i wish she was taller :wtf: but thats what you get for planting this late  .
I transplanted one of the bigger ones today, still hasnt shown its gene's yet but hopefully soon she'll be showing me some flowers too :).
I was going out this weekend to shop for flowering nutes and i was thinking about going with Fox Farm's Tiger Bloom/Big bloom, let me know what you think!!

Hey man, first thing, chop the male! You will be plenty busy with the girls and LSTing is something you can read about. Its not hard. The pollen from a male can travel pretty far. I found a few seeds in mine and i had chopped up the male 100 yards away from my plant. Bees, birds or mother nature can only pollinate your fems. Ya dont want this at all, in less your making seeds. If thats what you have in mind, just move the male down wind. Also very far away and then when you see pollen sacks put a wet bag around it and then just sorta bang around the sack to collect pollen. When the female is ready, put the bag around a lower branch and tap the bag. This will pollinate the buds and you will get seeds. Just use a bread tie for the open end of the bag so you only pollinate the desired branch. Leave till dry then take off gently and discard:thumbsup::rasta:
Also, re-pot, re-pot! I grow in pots and 1 plant can need 4 re-pots.
As far as size is concerned, 50% below the dirt (roots) and 50% above the soil, your plant. Thats how your plants will grow. Also, why a plant needs re-potting. I think with the number of plants, id think about putting a few in the ground to give yourself more time with the potted plants:thumbsup::rasta:

Yeah i just as well figured, i gotta get some pictures of my *ugly girl*, like if this plant were a woman, she got beat with the ugly stick. Although i think mother nature topped it for me, lol... theres 4 main branches shooting out of the top.
So down to figures, out of the 9 - 6 are girls :D. I chopped the last boy this morning.. the chances that they actually produced and spread pollen before this are slim to none, i moved them at first sign of pods at the nodes.
So i was wondering, when transplanting, is it best to get the entire root system moved intact? Or is it only neccessary to just get the main root ball.
The plant i have in the largest pot lost alot of its auxillary roots when i transplanted yesterday, but is already taking back to the sun and growing today.
anyways, im going to be doing a flush tomorrow and then start them on my bloom nutes (Open sesame & Tiger bloom*)
Wish me luck!:hippy:

Don't worry about being rough when repotting, I did mine and really had to push down on the roots on the side of the pot and it showed no visible harm , I really regret not putting her in the ground though ,I thought if it gets too cold I'll be able to move her in or if its shaded I can move my plant around into the sun but as soon as flowering started it was impossible to move it.
I also don't think you've got anything to worry about with cold , I'm in the UK and am going until mid november probably ,so I'd swap with you any day.
Good Growin.
