i don't believe in government but if it's necessary i think only poor ass old farmers should be able to hold office only someone who has had barely anything their whole life and still worked hard for almost nothing no one else qualifies in my opinion

These guidelines are absolutely wonderful and will do much to help correct the many problems that Medical Marijuana faces in California.

Unfortunately, Jerry needs to grow a pair (especially if he's interested in running for Governor) and begin to enforce these rules... or better yet, just set a future date - say January 1, 2010, at which time the rules would go into effect and any operating MMJ Dispensaries/Pot Clubs/Etc at that time would be then checked out and certified as complying (if so).... This would give current clubs ample time to work on meeting the new requirements before they would go into effect. Any owners/operators who did not wish to comply could simply leave the business before the cut-off date and they would be allowed to do so without fear of future state investigation or retribution. Coupled with any new revenue bills that might come into play on the taxation of medical marijuana sales, a Jan 1, 2010 date makes sense and would allow those compassionate groups that choose to invest in the future of MMJ in California to begin collecting those taxes as appropriate and have a clean break from the past.

what i find sort of funny is all of these democrates jumped up and down and did everything they had to to get obama in the whitehouse, and now?......obamas approval rating among his own people has dropped DRAMATICALLY LOW, not to mention his national approval rating is lower right now than any other president in history ( from CNN, a democratic news channel). im VERY suprised that someone hasnt assassinated him yet...OH, i forgot. maybe they havent because obama has spent more on secret service protection than any president in the history of the united states. lets not even mention the fact that it has been proven by docume nt experts ( that used to WORK for the government ) that the so-called "birth certificate" the obama administration released to the public wasnt a true birth certificate at all, but on top of that, its already been proven to be a FORGERY. his own GRANDMOTHER has stated on tape she was PRESENT at his birth in KENYA. kenyas president ( or what ever he is) when asked ON TAPE if he was going to make obamas birth place in kenya a national monument he stated without even skipping a beat that no, they were not because there were already slews of people visiting THE SITE OF OBAMAS BIRTH IN KENYA.

obama was groomed to be president since the beginning. did you know that the democrates anounced years ago they were going to run him for president. even back then there was a controversy about his birthplace. right after the anouncment, the kenyan government actually RAIDED tyhe hospital he was born in.....and the records for the year he was born were CONFISCATED WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION and never returned.....there are over 3000 pending cases against obama in the united states right now trying to force him to produce the real birth certificate. democrates have already stated its a mute point causae they will keep it tied up in court until his time is up anyway, and after hes out of the whitehouse, what differance whould it make.?

Again, I haven't read a fully functional-reasonable explaination to why you love Obama. It seems thats how he got elected, because people love him, thats it. People around my way said that they didn't vote for him because he is scary looking, now I know it wasn't for him so it didn't help him be elected, but why the FUCK are people picking the leaders of our country because of how they look? Honestly I didn't fucking vote at all, one because all of my friends are so stuck up in their views that if you release some sort of clue to who you would vote for, they would jump on you. And two because I didn't want some liberal dip shit ruling the country, and I didn't want the lowest member of his graduating class to be ruling the country. I think we need to STOP this fucking party bullshit, STOP this fucking bullshit about 'no they're wrong because they are this' because stopping what other people are doing because of what they are is redundant and not going to get us anywhere.
