If any of my family dies in Iraq,it wouldn't change my feelings towards the President,because I'd know,that they gave their life,so that others would be free and to bring about a peaceful,democratic goverment. You have your freedom..why do you seek to deny others,the same blessings of liberty,that you have ? Why do you seek to deny muslim women,their equal rights ?

This is one of just many things,that's wrong with liberals,they have their freedom and seek to deny others the same,if they can't be credited with the liberation of folks..they'll deny them their inalienable rights to Life,Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Even if we were there for "peace and freedom" how the hell do we figure we have the right to force our idea (yes, it is OUR IDEA) of freedom on these peoples? Who's to say things weren't how they are over there for a reason (like, because they have to be that way)?

We ain't forcing nothing on them,they have a choice,implement a democratic goverment,that allows equal participation by all,and stop being a threat,to the entire middle-east,like saddam and sons were,before we toppled them..they are going to write their own Constitution,tailored to their needs and populace.

Feudal,war-lord societies,are no longer compatible with modern society,especially if they control strategic deposits of oil and gas,nations have gone to war..for less.

Do you also join your fellow liberals,in denying Israel,recognition of it's Statehood ? Do you advocate the destruction of Israel,the only democracy in the region,besides the newly formed democratic goverment of Iraq, and genocide of Jews,at the hands of muslim arabs ?

hey Koshea, peace does exist. Unfortunately, it exists for short period of times, and at different places in the world, but it happens.

I show no sympathy to those who die in war, if it's their choice to go. It's a noble death, fighting for what you believe in, but it's your choice. Our forefather's have fought for our freedom, the muslams now need to fight for their own. I don't want to deny muslim women their rights, but I can't take care of everyone in the world, so I think I'll take care of myself, being I'm the number one priority in my own life.

I don't want to deny anyone their rights, it's just that I can't take care of everyone when I have my own problems. I'd fight for gay rights, but I've felt that I've been brainwashed by the conservatives... I'm using GOD in my arguments, essays, etc. Which doesn't make much sense, being I'm somewhat of an atheist... or not sure about my religion, though my morals come from the Bible. The liberals were also the onse who fought for equal rights for the blacks, and are fighting for gay marriage. The conservatives were the ones who put the Jim Crow laws into effect. I admit, we did want to keep our slaves, but who could blame the people from back in the day? You could get alot of work done for little money. We do it in foreign countries, paying our workers in American sweatshops the meagerest of wages. Many slave owners knew that it was immoral, but couldn't change our lives that fast. Thank god the republicans fought to keep the country together ago, I will give them that. But remember, liberals were the ones who brought this country out of the Great Depression, while the conservative Demagogues would fight to make FDR look bad. And who could forget your hero, Torog? That's right, Joe McCarthy! The man who ruined the lives of many Americans by black listing them, in order to gain fame. Please remember these witch hunts, COMMUNISM ISN'T TAKING OVER, besides the fact there were very few spies. And let's not forget Nixon... but I'll leave him out of this...
