Fucking message deleted. So I'll just say it short....
IF anyone has a pic or can ake a pic of one of their nice looking leaves, high quality, it would be much appreciated since it seems there is shit all on google images.
Go with ur bad self!!! Not a problem at all, I'll do another one with one snake and 86 the wings which is perfect because I "FUCKING HATED" those wings. I'll also see if I can get back over there and photo or maybe scan a leaf. what do you think would be the optimum way to go from an image to print, I can paint just as well. What colors you think I should use on the snake? Is there a particular snake symbolic of medicine in any ancient culture? If not, I was thinking about incorporating other medic symbols as a flowing pattern on the snake or maybe some other unique touch, subtle but identifiable. Also I was thinking of keeping with an image with depth rather than 1 dimen. Yes..no..?Quote:

Do you guys have the red cross in America?
Yes depth is good.
I think (just kinda guessing right now) The snake should be an off green - brown.
K I looked around and I think the red cross is the only universal symbol. I think it would look good on the snake too.
K, I don't really like this as it is. But it's a start.
Can't remember who's idea this was.
And this is the Aussie one I did. Which can be changed to American figures easily.
Not finished yet, either of them.
I love the "food, medicine...' atop the one. This is a rough draft...aditional ideas?
NICE!
My only fear is that people won't get it. Maybe doctors will, but do you think the general population will?
For instance I didn't know what either of those symbols were at first. I had to look it up. Is it common knowledge? Am I just dumb? lol
No worries, I was kinda feeling a little dumb too, I also had no idea. I think people just take everyday images for granted and that may be a benefit on this because it may prompt questions if not understood. I sketched the blue medic symbol as a pattern on the snake last night and it may work with bright colors. If we can get it to the point where someone says "why the snake...oh shit I get it"?! then it has peaked interest and displayed the answer at the same time. A reference to medicine for the slogan may ensure this. I may incorporate the staff all the way up on this one since no ugly wings, so that may help as well. I'll try to dig out my paint tonight and see what colors I have to work with, gotta feeling i'll be headed to the artist supply though. I wonder, will paint markers scan/print well? hmmmm
