I live about 15 blocks from the liberty bell, I think ... I havent been yet but I heard its in old citym philadelphia. I'm gonna have to pay it a visit now.
If this is true, you probably can only carry just enough to smoke, because once you leave the federal land, the state and local cops can bust you cuz they just saw you toking up and that's reasonable doubt to search you.
