Yellow / brown spots on leafs newbie help

i stated he runoff there:
Ph of runoff water: 5.82-6.27
is that ok?

Between 6.5 and 7.0 is good Tom.:thumbsup:

but mine is between 5.82-6.27 does that mean i have to raise it bit?
