Best Indica to help with insomnia?

What really gets me pissed off, is when people give advice on the simple basics - such as strains and STILL get it wrong! BASICS! If they read and learn about it, and still dont understand something, im more than happy to help, if i can. But i dont see why we should do the work for someone else. All the info is only a google away. It's not hard to inform yourself.

I was abit harsh on dachi, i admit that, although another post of his i saw which was useless probably contributed somewhat to the posts in this thread.



At the end of the day, i'll say what i always say - its best to ignore what i say, because then i cant offend anyone. If i do offend anyone, thats their problem and if they want it sorted they can have it sorted- If you catch my drift ;)

grandaddy purp does it for me everytime and it only takes a little bit im talking a small amount like .3 to the face, or .5 between you and a friend, but OG Purple Kush also does the trick after a nice feeling in the cerebral that travels throughout the body, you hit the bed like a baby

This is exactly what I was referring to by saying dark heavy purples, sorry if I was a bit vague.

Headband works great for my insomnia. 2 or 3 bong rips before bed and i get the greatest nights rest.

Aurora Indica, Black Domina, Legends Ultimate Indica, Afghani #1, Maple Leaf Indica are all great strains for sleep disorders...LUI and Black Domina probably the best but also a bit expensive

best strain for my insomina is White Widow. it's a 60/40 hybrid, and it works perfect. for me, the sativa side of it relaxes all the muscles in the body, while the indica half goes straight to the head with a heavy, sleepy feeling.
