Man cuts off his own penis in restaurant

lol there was this really stupid kid where i lived he was on a bunch of meth and had been up for like a month straight and thought bugs were in his penis so he almost cut it off then went to the hostpital and said some guy tried to stab him and he narced off his buddy so he went to jail got out and got real pissed at the other guy and bashed his face in with a baseball batt 2 weeks after that the guy who almost cut his penis off almost died and now the other guy is getting attempter murder over it all over meth

This story makes me grab mine and cringe.

I wonder if he can apply for medical marijuana for the pain... lol
