Don't worry about the purple stems that is normal they look very heathy for now. They do look a little strechy at the moment. How close are your lights? I see you are using T5 lighting, try and get them within 4" of the tops of the plants and raise when needed to maintain that distance.
As for nutes wait until you have your first set of 5 finger leaves, then use FF Grow Big. I had great results from that nute.

i hope i didn't give the wrong impression with what i wrote,my outdoor plants were considerably bigger than anything i've grown inside,but they took 6 months to finish,i was comparing the first 4 weeks of growth between my outdoor and indoor and indoor did way better
i kinda drew my own conclusions on what was going on,outdoors we hadn't long passed equinox so days were increasing but maybe only 14 hours decent light a day to begin with whereas indoors it was 18 hours from day 1,then the fact the sun isn't as strong and bright as in summer,weather was cooler though not cold,the fact i'm in the uk and our weather is crap etc etc
i guess a point i was trying to make and missed completely is that when a plant is forced into flowering indoors while it's still quite small and young can flower prolifically,and it's not unknown for a 4 week vegged plant to triple in size during flowering,mine do,whereas outdoors the flowering comes on a lot more gently and subtley and for me outdoors i only got about a 50% increase in size during flowering
when i added the screen to my scrog i'd started 12/12 before placing the screen so everything was still below though touching the screen horizontally and the holes were in effect empty,was another few days before i actually pulled anything through,and i was nearly 3 weeks into flower by the time i filled the holes

change your bulbs to all 6500k for vegging 18/6 and change
all to 2700k when you switch to 12/12 for flowering. Mix of
the two won't hurt anything but better results with what I
suggested.

Hey Exp, I just started new seedlings myself. Granted I have about 14 planted, but I'm probably going to lose at least half of them (expecting males as well as just complications along the way.)
It'd be pretty cool if we compared our grows since our seedlings are relatively the same age and they're both bagseed.
I will be growing CFL for veg, and am debating between HPS or just alot of 2700K CFL (I'm concerned about heat killing the plants).
Do you have any picture updates? I will probably taking some more either Sunday or Monday night.
Man some of these seedlings just exploded, while others look to be a little on the runt side.
