if you want classic 60's psychedelic tunes, there's obviously the doors, jimi, some beatles etc...
but some new age stuff that's pretty trippy and enjoyable (especially while under the influence) is Mars Volta (De-Loused In The Comatorium album) or some sigur ros is also quite "chillin" and stoner-tastic ;p
