nothing is stoping them, and they probably are covering up lots of things, maybe even aliens. but if someone says that the gov't is covering things up, people are quick to say conspiracy. the only way we would ever know the truth is if the gov't admits which they would never do.Quote:

What I find even more ridiculous is the fact that citizens actually believe the government on anything. I saw a thing on youtube, showing a Fox (i think) newscast outlawing a new "Killer strain of Marijuana... worse than cocaine!" This type of shit makes all the soccer Moms and pinstripe-wearers shit in their pants and actually listen to the bullshit fed to them.
People seem to associate weed with teenagers, saying it should be illegal cause teens can't have it. What the fuck is that? If they put weed under the same laws as tobacco, taxed it, who gives a shit, it would SAVE us money. They'd make a fair bit off it too, its not like people will stop smoking tobacco just cause weeds legal, seeing as tobacco IS ACTUALLY ADDICTIVE. They're fucking stupid not to!! If you google "marijuana dangers," most of the sites are about how SAFE it is.
I just don't understand how ANYONE can not see the benefits of Medical MJ or even just plain ol' MJ. Literally, thousands of people have spoken out that marijuana has helped them to control pain/gain appetite/gain weight/stop muscle spasm/relax/cure insomnia. The fact that it is STILL illegal highlights that there must be a hidden agenda by the government.
I know you guys all know this but it gets me so fucking mad that we live in such an "advanced society" yet our people cannot see how much manipulation and corruption they face on a day to day basis.
Marijuana has been around for millions of years. Laws have been around for thousands. It is only in the past 50 years or so that we have outlawed it. What makes us so fucking special that our generation can make this sacred plant illegal and criminalize the masses that bless themselves with its sweet nectar.
It makes me sad that in a hundred years or so future generations will laugh at how we made it illegal.

All of these reasons seem valid.. the fact is, weed will remain illegal for a whileee. Theres to much at stake for the people making money and keeping control.. control over us.
The reason most people believe all the propaganda is because they are controlling us, down to the way we think. Our beliefs, morals, opinions... they are all generated by mass media that quickly spreads through social circles in every direction. Its just social engineering.. these guys are think tanks and they are dumbing us down so we cant help ourselves when the time comes.
Its a well known fact that any psychedelic can break down certain "pre-conditioning" over time. The government doesnt like this. I think we all know why.
