They won't sue. She presentend her 'legal slander' first, you merely responded. She said a more offensive word anyway. It seems to me like more police bullying and intimidation. That really sucks though, that they know where you live.. Freedom of speech.
I think you should do something. IAB, or policemans union, or letter to the chief. He definitely abused his power.
yeah do this, sounds like he's misusing his 'power'...Quote:

but yeah, it was kinda fucked up to stooop to her level... for one reason and one reason only... one of the things that you say angered you was that she did it infront of her children.... yet you did the same exact thing.... kinda redundant don't ya think?
anyways, report it. the letter could easily be seen as a border line threat, and all though i DOUBT it would result in any type of repremand from his commanding officer... he'd definately atleast be warned.... then if at a later time you did get 'in trouble' and you could somehow show that he targeted you, rather then just doing his job... it could result in repremand from his CO....
fuck dem piggies. oink oink.
Make copies and send to the local TV station news room and newspapers (editors desk)with an explaination of what happened. DO NOT omit anything.
Cops HATE to get their pic in the paper and they especially hate being on the 6 o'clock news..... It doesn't make internal affairs real happy either.
"Having a wonderfull time, wish you were here, film at 11:00"
There's really no way to prove that it was the cop who did it though. It could have been the wife or it could have been a friends or even some random person.
If an investigation is made out of this it won't be hard to find out who it is in the end. It's obvious it is from an officer since they have all of this guys details, also I'm sure your mum could make a complaint about this also since they invaded her privacy too. The point being that if the OP points out the woman who confronted him they can then find out who's wife she is therefore leading them to the officer who sent the letter.Quote:

Plan patiently and secretively in the shadows like the Sith.
You know what....make a copy of the letter and the envelope and file charges because that is harassment and trespassing and its a felony to tamper with mailboxes....watching Dazed and Confused will verify that. lol.
Surprise the motherfuckers! I'm sure you can get them on charges...and some secrets may be revealed. Don't let people like that do this shit to you.
Ya know never....the cop seems like an extreme power hungry dick and his wife must be a spoiled little stay at home cunt. There can be only one explanation.....COCAINE!!! They run cocaine!!
How would you feel knowing that you helped uncover this plot? lol.
At last you will have revenge!!
This is a sticky legal situation, your right to privacy was obviously stepped on but not entirely legally infringed. Either way you should so this to BIA and see where it goes.
