Yeah. I do have some self-esteem problems. But I definately don't require everyone to like me.
You like me more now right?
Ok why are people ok with medical marijuana but not recreational use? I have depression, bipolar, anorexia, ocd and borderline personality disorder. My meds stopped working so I was thinking why not just stay high alal day? I feel totally better. Plus with my eating disorder it helps me eat a lot. How can you tell the differant strains and what effects they have on you?
Go for it buddy. Smoke all different strains.
Just make sure they sticky icky. Stay high
all day :)
I am a 44-year-old woman, who suffers from Bipolar I Disorder with ultradian cycling (ultra rapid mood swings.) It can â??swingâ?? a dozen or more times a day if I'm not taking my meds and/or SMOKING POT! No joke. I've been dealing with BP Disorder since the onset of my teens, but was only correctly diagnosed in April 2002. Because of the diagnoses, I was finally put on the 'right' medication. Theyâ??re called 'mood stabilizers'. It's the exact same medication they give to people with epilepsy to keep them from having seizures. The pot has always helped me to stay more 'level', more so than anything else I have tried. It helps curb the â??waaaaay highsâ?? and the â??waaaaay lowsâ??. I have been self-medicating with it for over 30 years.
During the last few years, Iâ??ve noticed that when I donâ??t smoke >>at least a bowl<< each day, my mood swings increase drastically. My blood pressure inflates from its heavily medicated (Altenolol, Tegretol, Trazadone and Seraquil) stable level at a marked rate and I end up in a full blown manic episode, which more often than not manifests itself producing a â??highly agitatedâ?? state which will last for days. This feeling (normally) doesnâ??t subside until I either A) collapse from sheer exhaustion due to the overly exaggerated mental processes that are going on inside my brain, or, B) find something to smoke. Even if itâ??s just a few hits of resin from a pipe. Within minutes, literally, of smoking, my body relaxes, pulse/heart rate slows down and I can finally breathe.
Recently I was placed on 5 years *formal* probation in the County of Los Angeles, California. I have been ordered by the court to submit to random drug testing.
And now they have ORDERED me to quit smoking. Just like that.
Itâ??s seems so absurd to me, that itâ??s almost laughable.
Are they xyprexa/olanzapine? it sounsd like the ones i have been on.Quote:
