Gawd I WISH they'd legalize pot in Mass!!! You actually CAN smoke at the fest if you're careful. The general consensus is that if you are with a large group of people, in the middle of everything, they'll leave you alone. But if the fuzz sees you creeping by yourself in the woods, making a deal, or leaving the common to toke up, it's open season on your ass.

Yeah I tend to agree that encouraging people to put themselves at risk is going to be looked upon with a bit of skepticism...
Remember, this is the era of homeland security... while pre-9/11 it might have been somewhat safer, I no longer know what rules everyone is playing by... if that makes any sense. We've lost a lot of rights, and proximity to government buildings gives them an even better excuse to target you.
I have to be honest, my first hunch at reading that post was 'wow... is this dude a cop?'
