Tac bel would be tolerable if didnt come with a toiletbowl full of diarrhea. Actually, even then it might not be tolerable. It just seems so sloppy and nasty, and doesnt taste much better. The only fast food that I really like when high is burger king. And I sometimes go to mcdonalds high for the mcflurry.
soft chicken tacos

Of all of the fast food places, Taco Bell is the absolute *WORST*, whereas Subway has the most healthy with their "heart smart" samiches. FWIW, pretty much *ANYTHING FRIED* is bad for you, so is mayo, and mayo based dressings. Read the lables and not only look at the nutritional info, but also pay attention to the portion size for that product. I looked at a bag of potato ships and it had a lot of fat and sodium...then I saw that the portion size was only 12 CHIPS!!!
Like I said, open heart surgery is an experience that I really really don't care to repeat......and the body plumber only gave me a 10 year warranty.
If it's at risk to your health, then by all means, don't eat there. But for those of us in good health who can tolerate cholesterol levels a bit, why shouldn't we eat there once in a while? I see no harm for us in doing so.
I ate there last night and I feel guilty about it.:(
A guilty pleasure in ways.
subway does feel easier and healthier on the stomach. it's just that subway is never open when i'm REALLY hungry. ;)
