I'd actually like to change my vote a giant indoor and outdoor connecting pool that has one of those waterfall things and a bar that connects to it. It would also have a water slide. Of course that is way over the budget.....but if we each pitched in some money....

There shoud be ... a shit load of music instruments for people to jam on, a hot tub, a massage table - with a full time maseous (sp??), a fridge with the best food imaginable - and stocked full, a ton of recliners, a big comfy sofa, huge t.v.'s w. digital cable, a recliner that has a removable table attached to it so that you can roll blunts and watch a moive, and eat and drink at the same time, we will need a ton of blunts, papers, hookas, pipes, bongs to smoke out of, a ton of random materials to make our own creative new bongs out of, a cooler filled with beers and rum. A ton of art supplys, a ton of cd's and a sick sterio, oh and a policeman radar.
