yeah those are the statistics they use against us, and they use everything in their power to make marijuana look worse...if you come up positive for marijuana, even if it was a month ago, they count it as 'emergency room visit due to marijuana' so this is just an easy statistic for them. I wouldn't worry about police at all. I know of one guy who was caught halfway through smoking a joint. The cop pulled him into court, where the judge looked at the infraction, looked at the cop, and told him he was wasting valuable courtroom time. Of course, this is Canada.

ya ur fine u cant get chraged with being high but next time dude dont let them in ur hosue..if u were ripped u probly would forget that u bong and like plants r out which happens more thna u think and if they charge u u can pretty much sew there ass cuz its against an amendment or some shit.. its not illegal to be high
