Favorite Pizza Topping???

I can't really vote for my ideal combination of choices with this poll. So I'll just have to say Italian sausage, mushrooms, red onions. Or my #2 choice is pepperoni and mushrooms.

I feel unable to vote, as one of my favorite toppings on pizza is definately cashews.

Two cheese with sundried tomatos, olives and cashews... bombdiggity.

For me Mushrooms are also the favorite. I usually order pepperoni, double mushrooms, xtra cheese. Best Pizza ever IMHO.

Gotta agree with you on the Chuck E. Cheese's pizza OrangeMan...I used to work there (first job; yes I had to wear the suit, and yes it sucked complete ass) and their pizza is definitely the best, it's the garlic butter we drizzled on it that I liked about it.

Damn now I want some pizza. Stupid thread...lol.

No eggplant on the list?

I voted for just cheese (even though I don't eat dairy anymore). I used to like a little eggplant on it, occasionally. We used to order pies with toppings for delivery, or take-out, because it's made from scratch with the extra(s).

Ordering "by the slice" is different here in New York City, especially Brooklyn, where you don't need any extra toppings. They are available, but most people just get a plain slice - it's the best way to have it in the pizza places, when it's fresh right from the oven. Adding toppings usually means that they have to reheat it, which is not what NYC pizza lovers prefer. Many places have pies prepared with toppings, which have to be reheated. The best pizza places serve slices from hot pies, not reheated, and they go fast.

it's all in the can tomatoes there...

Peperroni is my favorite if I had to simply choose one topping.

My second favorite would be a Pineapple/Pepperonni pizza.
