Re: Okra..

My god I love that stuff! If its cooked right its lush, otherwise its like eating string and glue. Bamia gumbo lady's finger yum.

I only have okra with a nice ruby, but the texture isnt the nicest of things. I just eat it with a chunk of lamb or some garlic naan.

It's really difficult to cook properly, they certainly know how to cook it India though that's for sure.
