I couldn't advise you on the matter because I'm weary of supplements. In general, most range from outright scams to being unhealthy. I believe you can achieve your goal without them. Especially being a fellow cancer survivor, we have wills stronger than 10 warriors. Trust me, put the work in, be persistant, don't be afraid to learn, and you'll have the body you want in no time! Don't listen to what the mainstream media says on weight loss and getting the perfect body, because it's totally wrong.Quote:

Yeah I love those excercises on that site! Its awsome how you can pick exactly where you wanna work out. And their simple too! I really appreciate that hun, you know your shit!
Hey Reb,
I do not know the differences between Atkins and South Beach, but they are similar. I did SB 2 yrs ago and lost 35 pounds, it was rough the first 2 weeks (no fruits and very little carb action), but then the cravings were gone and it was almost easy. Use common sense and remember that its not just a diet til you get the weight off, but ideally its a new way to eat to maintain the new bod, too
good luck
:)
You're welcome! I just want to show that you should focus less on the diet and more on the exercise. Just use common sense when it comes to eating, and reward yourself, most important of all. In no time will you get a killer bod, and you'll drive your man crazy, I'm tellin' ya, plus add some ooomph to your moves =)
I've never tried atkins
i think its hard on everyone, though
the zone diet, written by a pHd author, named, Spears was a answer to my hopes, 11 years ago. Fruit is great, especially CHERRIES AND PLUMS. The zone is a life long thing, done with various degrees of dedication. I had less than one percent body fat eating, fruit, oatmeal, peanut butter and protein every snack 5 times a day.
never hunger, never fatigue
the zone is done everywhere/;mcdonald's del taco, ect. I eat pizza several times a month and i am still within military weight standards.
the zone is based on controling insulin .
fat on a woman is very pleasant.
the softness is blissful to my emotions

All you need is discipline. I eat like a fatass and still manage to stay somewhat tone and skinny, not buff, i gotta work out more, but then again i dont sit behind a computer posting here all day. i go out and run or i caddy or i do yard work and shit and i just stay fit and stuff. Dont need a diet.
