just so you know fat people who get really strong(ie just hit the weights and do no cardio workouts) but dont thin out still just look fat. just a friendly piece of advice. but if you are on the line then you are going about it the right way.
hes right man, theres getting buff and theres getting cut, youre gonna have to do both. But thankfully whittling down is faster than bulking upQuote:

from a fellow fat kid who love football it is worth it and it will get easyier and when school start u mite be able to get out of school early. you will astart to fit in your clothes even betteru will gain wieght but it will be musle musle wieght more than fat.. football rules..
best thing you can do for yourself is take a look at your diet and break it down into three catgories of macronutrients:
1)Protein
2)carbs
3)fats
Protein and carbs should be relatively balcenced taking up roughly 40% from protein and 40% from carbs that leaves room for fats fats should be no more than 25% of your diet and if your doing it right you will know because for the first week or so you will get some raunchy ass farts i play football too at a nationaly ranked school so we get all this info spoon fed to us on a regular basis if you want a full break down and a 4 day work out program send me a pm and i will hook you up
