That's good very funny, I think I have 4 posts to this is all. One let me first say I'm not mad, unhappy, pissed off, etc.. I'm a PC geek I love the computer world, and the Internet, I run a Linux company for Slackware, if you are familar with the Linux operating system, and all I hate is people ripping off people, and this is a rip off.
You know, because nothing is being sold here, no products, services, etc., it is still here on Cannabis.com a open community forum, and this is why I stated before about Internet etiquette, because there is a clear lack of or respect to that, and each place that continues to do so, further diminishes this concept of the Internet community, and the way in which it works.
There is a way in which the Internet community works, behaves and operates, PC geeks the world over know it, and I do as well and if you have been around it for any length of time you know what I am talking about. But go ahead change the way it has been since it started, create your own rules, but in time you will see how far it gets you, and that won't be very far at all.
All I'm saying here is there is nothing wrong with trying to make a dollar, I do it too, but it is wrong to charge money in a Open forum community to charge for it, or parts of the use of it. It is however a much wiser and better long term approach to seek these type of support through donations via PayPal, and seek money in a more legitimate fashion.
And if you don't get anything I'm saying here, as in this makes no sense, then one day it will, these views also are not my own this is a fact in the way in which the Internet works the world over. :)

Forgot to mention and I couldn't edit the post. I was told this was to curb SPAM, well then this is really not the way to go about it, you need to figure out a way in which to run your forum to curb this. I have run forums in the past, and there are certain ways to do things and you will not have this problem, but going around charging members to help a problem like this, that is not the answer in solving anything, that is just a cheap shortcut is all.

But anyhow, when I see people curse and behave in your manner, as a child I no longer care to be a part of that conversation. I for one am not a child, if you have your attitude take it somewhere else, you want to talk like a man, or woman and learn something then you can, otherwise please refrain from your attitude. I happen to be a grown business man that knows exactly what I am talking about.

I didn't realize until just now that you operate dutch-seeds.com - you inquired via email about getting free advertising/link exchange the other week.
Surely "one of the most respected Internet companies in the world" can afford to pay for advertising; I see numerous posts here in which you tout dutch-seeds.com ... umm, makes me wonder if you would do the same via PM ... ?
To be clear, I'm not saying you would do that, but the temptation would surely be there; reaffirms the paid membership only access policy for PM is definitely warranted.
With all that said, you have every right to disagree with the policy, as you have - in any event, your feedback has been appreciated ... while we likely will not change the membership policy for PM access, we have made numerous changes over the years based upon visitor feedback.

Ron Bennett I do not own or operate Dutch-Seeds, I only know of them and give them a helping hand from time to time. My internet business I was referring to has nothing to do with Dutch-Seeds, whom I am not aware of their financial situation.

A "few"? Seems to be more than that; more than "several" even ... the term "numerous" I used appears to be right on, but whatever - a "few" ok, so be it ... anyways, I see you posted on the Marihemp Network boards very recently too - in one of those posts you indicate you "work" for dutch-seeds.com, and furthermore, encourage folks to click a referral link ... could be just be for tracking only, but it could be for a bit more - a paid affiliate link ... are you being paid to send traffic there; do you own dutch-seeds.com?
This could all be a misunderstanding on my part; cultural/language difference ... with that said, I wasn't born yesterday :rolleyes:

p.s. regardless of whether you work, help, or just visit there, check out our Advertising Information page again at http://www.marihemp.com/advertising/ ... given the amount of time you're spending "helping" them, you may do better to encourage them to run an ad(s) on our network - would be much easier, and likely more productive :)
