Throwing up? that's not good. Neither is starving yourself if that's it. Those are the only two unhealthy things i can think of to keep off weight.
I usually dont get munchies off of weed, but when i get wasted(alcohol) Chanellos is at my fucking door with twenty two damn pizzas every time.
yeah ive been MIA for a while now...about 3 years. It's not really something im proud of.

you're trickin yourself out. You control your mind and what you do....next time you've got the munchies just be like...."Man fuckin eatin I dont need that shit"....and i find its easier to have confidence in yourself when high....at least I do..
I'm sorry to hear that. :( Unfortunately, that may be part of the reason why you're gaining -- it could be a metabolic thing. It's good that you exercise, though (that should give your metabolism a decent boost), as long as you're not overdoing it. I totally agree with the healthy snacks advice... go for things that you won't feel guilty about eating. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water (if you don't already) to knock out any dehydration-related hunger.Quote:
