"Cute" Names

I know one girl who I call Cowgirl, and another who I call Tigerlily...

Those are more like nick/pet names though, which I enjoy using. As for the really "cutsie" names I normally only use them as jokes, especially by combining more than one name. One of my all time favourites is "muffincakes".
