If they were growing I'd send those plants down the garbage disposal. If they were smoking and they were a teenager I wouldn't ground them if I found out or anything but I wouldn't let them do it in my house, if I was there. Because I wouldn't wanna be charged with contributing to the deliquency of a minor. Why wouldn't I let them grow? Well I'm in highschool right now (16) and everyone I know who grows is selling, and I wouldn't want it in my house. No one I know "grows recreationally".

i would let them smoke at 14 and id let them grow if i was living in a house far from any other people.

I WISH my kids smoked! They are down on their ever-toking Mom. And as to the age that kids should toke, well I've known "adult" 12 year olds and "teen" 40 year olds! I all depends on the individual's level of maturity! - Granny:hippy:
