Ok, for one thing I don't think circumcision discourages masturbation at all. LoL. And another thing could be that other countries don't do it because it is associated with the Jewish religion. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Jews. One of my best friends is Jewish. However, other people in the world dont feel as I do.

yeh, i only know 1 person who is circumcised... he had it removed when he was 3 cuz it was still attached or summit like that... he sais he still remembers being in pain n walkin like a penguin... circumcised is prolly better cuz of the whole smeg thing goin on.... ewwww....
this is all ridiculous, for a long time circumcision was deemed very jewish so not practiced but when jews came over to america and europe and being involved with christian anglo-saxons it was adopted because the jews could make money doing it, they are good at that shit and i guessed people liked it, then it was predomininatly borught over to america and stopped there but true white people, at least in europe dont get circumcised anymore but it is still widely practiced in america unfortunately, truly just another way that cultures intermingle and adopt rituals that were not natural for them, we might get it right one day but for now....people stil get their foreskin cut off
