i must say i don't know mr. or mrs. 'hound very well, much less at all. but i can say that i am truly glad to hear that it's not cancer! it's good to hear that you would have stood tall and fought it head-on, if need had been. you'll be in my prayers!

Happy to hear it!
The MD will probably want blood for a liver panel.
With the low energy the might want to do a glucose tolerance test as well.
But you should know that vague liver pains are quite common for years after chemo.
If you have an appetite and your eyes aren't turning yellow, you can probably relax.

good news mrs hound i dont know you guys that well but you seem like good peeps so i glad to hear the news!!

The turning yellow was the only fun part about it......j/k

I'm totally fine with it as long as its not cancer (or pancreatitis which I've had before and am starting to be suspicious of) and if the doctors decide it's nothing to worry about so much the better!! I just feel pretty stupid for everything to go on for so long before and got very lucky with treatment because I didin't go see the doc when I should have before so things got BAD!! So i'm trying to play by the rules these days. :D

Could only steal 3 before Army left area...currently painting them all candy apple red in old barn........

Ok, my REGULAR doctor saw me today and has taken some bloodwork. She's not sure what the scoop is either but because I did have pancreatitis in the past and the pain was somewhat similar (somewhere in all that other mess) she's checking the pancreatic enzymes AND a liver panel as well......she and weezard must have consulted. :D
