The crowd chants, SCREEN OF GREEN, SCREEN OF GREEN!! No, just do what you can buddy.
Adieu
Well, Bear, we seriously considered doing a LATE Screen of Green...
...considered it so much that something TERRIBLE happened. Terribly terrible.
But, just so I dont get out of order, I'm going to finish posting the DAY 104 pics. Just have the flowering box left to post. Then onto the BAD news. :(
TGF
Update DAY 32 of Bloom in the Rubbermaid box.
These clones were made and flowered simply to sex our larger plants. We originally planned to simply flower to find sex and then trash the clones. Then we did that, removed the males, and said to ourselves "Hey, why not let em finish and see if we can get a few buds."
We didn't veg them properly before flowering, which is why they are so lanky and crappy looking.
BUT, they are forming some nice little buds. Crystally too. Got a few more I'll post in a minute.
Mmmmm. Trichomes.
Everytime I look at my plants, I want to eat them...
What do ya think? Not bad for plants we were gonna ditch! :rasta:
TGF
P.S. The three on the far left are about 2 weeks behind the others.
jesus christ
trichome overload! my eyes cant take the weedy goodness
More weedy goodness and trichome overload. LOL
:D:D:D

The first two pics are the 3-headed monstrosity. Burn your plant with a CFL (yes, it can happen) and you get 3 buds instead of one. Wicked....CFL FIMing. I think I've invented something here. Eureeka!!

Oh, and I think that was the last of DAY 104/32/18. Unless I missed something.
Gonna go back and check. But if I'm right, next installment on TheGreenFOG TV will be......
~DAY 107/35/21~
...Nice fattening buds
...and a twist
...well not really a twist so much as a SNAP! :(
We might be out a whole four-finger!
Stay tuned...and keep those comments comin'! Love hearing from you guys/gals.

I love the three headed monster! And I think you may be on to something after all...a low stress fim? How long did it take them to start growing again after they were burned by the cfl and how long were they burned for? Maybe I'll have to try the "TGF technique" sometime. It would be interesting to see if it's reproducible.
i gess we'll shortly see about the cfl burn theory; one of my blueberrys got the head of a strong branch burnt (not all the way, similar to a fim) so....
i'll deff let you guys know, i'm a sucker for scientific experimentation (wish i had pics of my bb's, like frankenstien's friggin monsters!!) i have a feeling that this will be a record setting first grow yeild with cfl's...
sorry for rambling, it after 4am...
lookin good fog, but did you ever think of a sawzall to quickly and easily remove the shelf? the guys on that building show make it look like a piece of cake!
love, kp:p
Hey, guys/girls. :p

Well, it sure is an odd way to FIM/top, unorthodox and all, but its basically the same as doing it yourself, I would suppose. I've seen people top plants a week or two into flowering to get two main colas instead of one.
Basically my plant did it itself. I think my light was getting jealous and tried to smoke my plant itself. :cursing: lol It tried to vape it. :(
This also happened to one of the other ones recently, which kinda sucked because it already had a decent sized bud on it so it didn't create the multiple tops, it just started to grow a bunch of leaves near the site. I will post pics soon to show that. Maybe you can see it in some of the pics already posted. It is the one in the rear right side.
Anyway, I wouldn't suggest doing this (intentionally burning your plant), but you could top/FIM it a couple weeks (1 or 2) into flowering to see if it will give you some better results. Most likely, you will get 2 tops, but if you FIM right, you might get 3 or more. :D :D :D

Keeping up with your grow. Hope everythin goes well. Very dissapointed that you don't have pics. :( Like I said, I would send you a frickin' camera if I could. I wanna see Sage. :)
As far as the shelf...I didn't say I couldn't remove the shelf...I said it would require chopping it up, which I don't really want to do. The only reason I would lower it is because we let these plants get too big before flower (veg too long - too much stretch), but that wont happen next time and the shelf should stay where it is.
We also need the room under the shelves for our resevoirs. :D So, choppins a no go. We're just hoping they dont "double" in size. They've stretched a bit since flowering, but hopefully they will slow down and just start building budmass. We've got a little more vertical room to work with them. Pray for us. :D
Thanks for the comments, guys (and girl). ;)
