i live in richmond to this town through out the 90s was in the top 10 for most murders per capita.. i used to live just a block or 2 from zero revolt and he's right there are a lot of bad people in that part of town since the millenium the murder rate has leveled off a lil bit but life is still very cheap here and the cops still spend most of thier time harassing pot smokers while doing very little if anything about the numerous stop and cop locations with in just a few block radius of were he lives
