ya i got that xD ill take a few pics of my veggies and umm.. my pot plants got a bit bigger and plant 2's leaves are still curled =\ i dont know what to do the temp is exactly 80 and im about to start the 18 hours light and 6 hours dark. lights off in 30min. So im going to take some pics now and do lights off. And at 11 before i go to sleep ill turn it back on xD and repeat the process until there ready for flowering. I dont know what nutes to buy though =\
Im thinking about switching the 26w cfl over plant 2 to the 23w cfl i got. but i dont know if it'll make a big difference.

Can't see nothing wrong with them but I've nevergrown veggies indoors since we lived out on the farm. As for nutes I spent about $30 on the three part advance nutrients. I like the nute calculator they have on their site, takes the guess work out of it. Advanced Nutrients | General Hydroponics | Hydroponic Supplies I just picked up some cabload , big bud, and mg/ca suppliments. And there cahrt tell me what to use and how much when in the cycle.
o ok thanks so much chrissy xD o ya i think i got a new grow room .. im going to paint the walls white pretty soon and put my plants in it.. its a rubbermaid container. my cousin gave it to me xD cant wait to try it out.
ok well i talked to this guy i know (My dealer) and he said that im over watering plant 1 =\ he said water it ever 2 days and plant 2 is doing fine. just keep watering it at the same pace as i am now.
nice dude ur probably gonna wanna add a couple more of those 26 watt cfls. 2 more at least.
or u can go to lowes and get a 75 watt hps for $52.00
nah.. im going to wait till there 8-12" before i get a hps. and these 2 lights are doing fine.. i have two 26w cfls. thats like a total of umm.. like 3200lumens.i think.Quote:

I was wondering.. Once my plants get bigger and they get full leaves.. can I make a clone and put it straight into flowering? And umm also.. will it make it short and and stubby? i want a small plant =\
Ok so my plants are in 6 hours of undisturbed darkness for the first time and lights on is in 18min. I will put some update pictures when lights go on. And also my girlfriend is going to start planting so im going to go over to her house this weekend and set it up for her xD she is going to grow 4 plants :rastasmoke: i want 1 of them xD or 2 if she dosent want to care for them all.. but um.. ya my plants are looking good so far.

with lights off it dropped down to 68 degrees =\ ima have to turn my fan off for it to stay the right temp. =\ alright well im about to post some pics.
there was no need to post pics because they look the same. I'll post pics tomorrow. but for now ima go study on peoples grow logs and stuff.Quote:

Why is the stem purple?
The purpole stem could be one of three things I know of
1)pH problem preventing nutrient uptake
2)time to start feeding, you have a deficiency
3)could just be the strain you have.
Oh and my temp drops to 68 every night and up to 80 during the day, but it is always the same so you should be fine.

i dont know what to buy =\ o ya chrissy i have bad news! :o ok i left my lights on while i slept and 1 of them fell on top of the healthy one (plant 2) and it burnt 1 of the bottom leaves and its like dead almost and 3 of the top leaves are little brownish/yellow on the tips =\ will it survive?
I don't know, plants can take alot, if she has a good root system and at least one healthy leaf(even if it's tiny) she could bounce back. Sorry but I can't help with the nutes, I just trust the guys at my grow shop.

ya =\ i need to go this weekend.. thats the only time i can go get new stuff.. and im still waiting for my child support check so i can buy more stuff.. I get 300$ a month and i get to keep it xD but umm. im going to buy 1 timer for now and once i move into my other room im going to get 2 1 for vegetation and 1 for flowering xD. and ya she has atleast 3-4 healthy leaves and 1 is 90% dead =\ so i guess she'll come back? =\ ok well thanks alot chrissy.. you've been a big help xD check back tomorrow i might have update pics because my camera died =\ i need more double A batteries i left my camera on AGAIN for the 3rd time and it died =\ ok well ttyl xD

for the best of all worlds, get miracle grow all pupose plant food 24-8-16, for use in veg, not a flower fert...

I don't know if your plants are ready for nutes yet, they seem a bit small to me. I wouldn't worry too much about your stem. Looking good! Peace!
they are way to small.. So great to see you got that 23watt in there bro,those plants are lovin it. I'd wait untill 3 weeks and still dull the fert 1/3 of whatever it suggests. Keep the updates comin ,later . -kb

Hey chrissy xD sorry i fell asleep early today.. :( Sorry for the unexpectingly long delay on pics =\ I still havent gotten batteries for my camera. I'll try and get some tomorrow.. Remember plant 1 was doing kinda un healthy? its doing amazing. it got big! xD plant 2 is kinda dead almost :( im scared its going to die. Ok welll.. umm THE LITTLE HEALTHY BABY PLANT DIED!!!! PLANT 2 :(( and plant 1 is still really relaly healthy and i think its a female!? wtf is it possible to tell this early? ill find some batteries and take pics. umm.. yaa keep me updated please my thread is dying :(
I'm so sorry buddy. But that still leaves one more. Plus your mom said you can only have 2. So that means you can grow another and with what you've learnt that means this one should do way better.
I wanted to ask you about the dreads, I really just want to understand. Why? why do you want dreads? Are the dread more important then getting through only a month of school, as upposed to boot camp? Why are you at the school you are at now?
Please don't take this the wrong way. I want to tell you a bit about myself in exchange. I grew up in an emotionally and physically abusive household. When I wa 13 I started getting into smoking, drugs, and drinking, hard core, and of course skipping school, going to class high, and slacking off. At 15 I had the cops called to remove me from my school by my mother. I ran. Long story short they found me all three times. But the third time I was granted my own gaurdianship. I was still 15 I got a job and bought my first house for $35,000. I went back to school after two years and graduated only one semester late, with honors, stoned everyday and was 8 months pregnant and married by my graduation. I had to work really hard at school to just make myself go and not take off half way through the day.
My advice is...
Go to school for every class, even if you are stoned so long as you can function stoned, if you can't just go after school.
Pay attention in class, and get a much work done as possible, don't bother socializing unless they are actually helping you work and you are getting stuff done.( I can count on my fingers how many times I actually had homework after spending my class to just work and not socialize, If you have homework then something is up)
Do your homework, even if you don't get it. Give it your best shot that way it is easier to figure out where you are going wrong.
If you do this you will pass!
Get it done and over with because you can suck it up and conform for 4 years(highschool of course), or you can fight an up hill battle till you are 25(the age of kids still in my highschool).
Once you get that peice of paper and you are finished school you have tons of time to do what you want with the freedom(well kinda) you want.
Oh by the way I'm only 19 so it's not like we are completely differnt generations.
