TWR... Flush that puppy!!! Purple petioles could be a sign of nutrient lockout or def... flush and then feed with a complete fert, since it's flowering a flower fert lol.
heres another one ,this was mobays big bud .the postman
oh hey postman i was hoping someone would post one of those axial bud shots... imo that is the COOLEST mutation of cannabis!
is that a bud instead of a leaf blade?!? hahaha frankenstein!!
heres a couple of pics of a plant i had awhile back it lived for all most 3 months but never got any bigger if i rember right it was swazi skunk only one out of 10 freebies that germed
Another freaky leaf.
What is this called? See at the top where there are two sets of leaves going left and right then another going away. This is a Leda Uno that, when it was just a seedling, was actually cut clean in half at the stem. I just poked a hole in the soil with my pinky and stuck it in there and it took root. It's a fighter for sure!
This is hanayama's variegated plant! I just HAD to post the pic here. Zoom in and you can see that it's 3 distinct colors with a nice crisp separation between zones. COOL!
she is about 3 1/2 weeks old
leaves started off small, yellow coloring grew with the plant
here is a pic of my freak to inter in the freak show here.
So this pix is from a few days ago. and she is now growing a stem out of her buds.
so hopfuly I can re-veg her enought to get big. so when I flower her I can get the most bud off her. so I say I'll try to veg her for around 1 an 1/2 months more then flower her and see how she dose then.
looks like you beat me to it stinky!!
hopefully she is a she so i can clone
should be able to tell pretty soon
the same plant thats got the yellow try-leaf also has one where there are 8 fingers. Very cool. hanayama and herreric and I just got back getting cloning jell, so now we are about to start a new adventure. ill post of pic of the 8 leaf in a min
update on my freaky lady.
she has multiple 8 leafers
and a couple 9 leafers too!
GOD I HOPE SHE IS A SHE!!
shes(hopefully she) in the same soil concoction and same age as the other sw99 but she has atleast twice the growth and some odd leaves
enjoy
This little Afghan sprout never really did anything... when I planted out the siblings I left her sitting under a larger plant. I brought her inside and put it under a couple of 26W CFL's a few days ago, otherwise she was snail fodder.
Strange looking little thing.
so heres how my freaky ladie is doing now.
I like the looks of that!Quote:

Technically, that is called whorled phyllotaxy, which is the term for when a plant has more than 2 sets of leaf/secondary growth growing at each node, instead of 2, which is simply 'opposite phyllotaxy', or 1, which is 'alternating phyllotaxy'.
Triploid would mean that the plant has 3 chromosomes- impossible to determine without rather expensive equipment or complicated breeding tests.
here is one, one of the smallest leaves growing forward...
Not a "freak" per se, but probably not too common. I planted 4 seeds and 5 little heads popped up. That's a pretty cool germination rate, 125%
I separated the twins after about a week and one is definitely slower/smaller but it seems healthy enough.

[attachment=o202697] -- the whole lot, a couple weeks later
4 point leaf
Fantastic thread I find these freaks very interesting I think they shoud be encouraged You never know that something wild and fantastic might come from these something you might never get from a clone of clone of a clone
I wondered about the mention of a albino plant in the first post imagine a different colour leaved plant one that perhaps absorbs a different part of the light spectrum to produce its goods
These things are fun
This forum is great ,most of the info is way above my head you guys take things to extremes but all the answers are here if the search facility is used
I grow chilis I dont have the nerve to grow the real deal but the info on cutting edge led,s and suchlike things is far ahead of the humble chili forums every time I google a chili question I seem to bump into this site
I often think that a lot of the chili growers grow chilis as a cover to hide the real crop from familys etc
after seeing this thread the other day i went into the garden and saw this
well im going to flwer it and try to get a round bud
I have a few plants that have mutant shade leaves......Happens for a short while during the plants life..... the leaves have 3 blades and some times 1 blade....
Has anyone seen this before??? this is only my second run... Also have to mention that this plant is from a bagseed...
Is this signs of stress to the plant?
After a couple of weeks new growth has normal looking leaves.
I don't have pics but I'll try to take some if anyone needs to see what I'm talking about:smokin:
