they look fuckin sweet man... dont worry bout yellowing leaves, by the end the plant will probably eat 80%ish of its leaves, just like that one in the pic, nute burn usually shows on the tips and edges of leaves first....good luck :)

Thanks, yeah this is my 1st grow. I started back in September with a crappy setup and from a lot of reading here I gradually learned and improved my setup. Looking back at the 1st posts in this thread, I didn't have a clue - "Do I need ventilation"...Doh! I'm actually surprised that it went so smoothly actually. When I started, my attitude was "I know I'm going to screw up but I don't care because this is my learner grow" so it's quite nice that it all went well.
Haha man, I feel you. Same problems as you, 1st grow, started september, upgraded my setup as I learned/went along, and now I think we're having to go 9 full weeks of flower too lol. And patience, what's that? :D Its driving me nuts man, one more week!Quote:

Spliffy, check out the photo below! I got me a new roll tray, grinder and prep materials! God damn! I need to use them now. Also, see the little Roor jar? That's a LARGE stash jar, I though it would actually be large and I could cure my buds in it. Er, obviously not! haha I may use it for transport of some smaller nugs! :pimp: The cigarette box is a little scales I picked up as well. I have no plans to deal but damn, I want to measure my yield! Out of shot is my dvd copy of Robot Chicken, can't wait to get smoked and watch it!
In other news, pistils on the plants are still mostly white and the buds are continuing to fatten! I think there's still a bit of time in these with a nice yield at the end.

Well I flushed yesterday and took a little sample bud which I dried out in the microwave. It was actually pretty damn nice and I certainly felt it. I haven't smoked anything in months though so no surprise there :) Here's a pic of my lil bud! No amber trichomes yet! :stoned: I think this is going to be a pleasant smoke once it has been dried and cured. Last night's joint was smooth and tasty despite the drying method!

Anyway, I'm in week 9 of flowering now and no amber trichomes just yet. They're all cloudy/clear. There's still some bud fattening going on! Wish I had kept them on the nutes for an extra week now but no matter. Here's some piccies for your viewing pleasure :) A group shot and the main cola of each plant. Anyone care to guesstimate how long more I'll be waiting til peak harvest?

Well, I found a really underdeveloped seed in a taster bud and it seems the seed manufacturer was right, easy bud does hermie beyond 8 weeks of flower. They advised to harvest when this happens so I did. I found a few underdeveloped male flowers but no more seeds :)
Anyway, harvesting is a bitch! It took me a few hours to do just 3 plants!!! But it'll be worth it! :-) Here's some pics after I had manicured and hung all my buds up to dry :) Was almost sad to cut my babies down!

Hudson88 - I'll be back with the weight at the weekend hopefully, and the cured smoke report a week later :) Next grow is sensi seeds northern lights. That grow is actually about 40 days along and there's 10 plants that haven't shown sex. I just haven't started a log yet. It's pretty boring until they hit flowering anyway. I'll start that log once I finish drying the easybud in the tent.
Invision - funny you should mention LST...all my NLs are being trained as we speak. I'm using the metal-hook-instead-of-string technique though. Looking good so far if I do say so myself. Keep an eye out for a thread about those in the next few weeks.

Hey TBB, that's right, 3 easybuds under one 400w HPS using Biobizz soil and nutes. The lights, nutes and soil were all bought on our very own Capel St! It's not just sex shops any more :D Well, I also grabbed a few pots in the temple bar place as well.
My only regret is not starting with more seeds :(

Hi everyone, the weight report is in! I got 2.83333.... ounces dry. This does not include any taster buds or the few grammes of smaller bud I quick-dried. I believe it would have been around 3 ounces even if I hadn't smoked some already :D Here's a couple of pics of the tried bud going into the curing jars :)
