Well I don't know about the US, but I know that in the UK its perfectly legal to buy seeds "for souveneir (I know its spelt wrong) purposes".
Maybe you should check this out? I'm guessing you get seed catalogues in the US? If so, then I'm sure there shouldn't be a legal problem.
Its illegal to posess seeds, so we, in the United States order from the UK and the shipper disguises the package. The only thing is some states have medical marijuana perscriptions. They can legally grow at there home.
Blaqlight- what problem are you having? Is it affecting growth? I still have a problem and I tried to correct it, but hasnt seemed to go away. All my largest leaves die from bottom up. Oh well. It still looks pretty and like 4 hairs turned orange. 30 more days from today for me.

well, technically, that's unfortunately not true ... I have a Doctors 'prescription' here in California, technically, it is a 'doctor's recommendation', as there is no such legal thing as a 'prescription' in the United States .... since Federal Law overrides all state and local laws, cannabis is 100% ILLEGAL ... state and local law enforcement, for the most part, DO honor the medical marijuana statutes, and don't hassle us 'recommended patients' ... you probably already know this, but I wanted to point out the facts, in case a reader gets the wrong impression ...
I cannot stress this enough: the ONLY way we will ever get the cannabis laws repealed is to VOTE, VOTE, VOTE ... research the voting records of your local and state elected representatives, and send them letters ... they tend to ignore e-mails, but a stamped letter CAN make a difference ... some, like the phony bastard I have in my district, is so 'in-the-pocket' of the pharmaceutical companies, he will never change his votes, ... hopefully, he will die soon, preferably from a disease that marijuana could have helped, if he hadn't been so stupid ... :smokin:

stfu dont give advice if u dont know shit. it is REALLY safe to order seeds online. even if it gets caught by customs, ull just receive an empty package. u wont go to jail or anything. and if u get seeds from a friend, there just random bagseeds. most of the time it wont be the strain that he claims it is.Quote:

Don't make so much out of it. The worst thing that can happen is that they will get siezed and you are out the money. Dr. Chronic is reliable as well as others who sell seeds. I received seeds from Dr. Chronic within a week and they were packaged well (discrete) and of good quality (not broken). The Feds aren't lookin for you, the small grower, they focus on the guys who buy often and in quantity. Chill out all.

I gave her some epsom salt and she started to do better, some people told me it might be the pH but I never had time to get a pH test and now a Hurricane is on the way in to florida so things are really crazy and I have no time for nothing. I stop giving her epsom salt today and I believe she has about 2 more weeks to go even tho this is the 8th week of 12/12 but day 43 from signs of showing female sex flowers. Also I added that 150 w hps on the side so the lower branches get nice and plump. I also have 2 100w cfl's on the other side to do the same.
Yes, we do not want to write how the seed brokers pkg. their booty, but I am sure that LEO has ordered from all companies and know the various shipping mehtods. It is safe to order from the more reputable companies like Doc. He is the man! Having said that, every person who takes the risk to order illegal contraband is also taking the risk of have their order confiscatred. I have ordered from Gypsy Nirvana's Seeds Direct when he owned it and Seedbay and seedboutique as well as the good doctor and used a credit card for every order. I live in a non legal US state. I have placed many orders with the doc. However,I just had my first order confiscated a couple of weeks ago at D/FW International Airport by the Dept. of Ag customs folks, thus have quit ordering and am now going through cold turkey as all seed whores who no longer feel safe ordering, do!! lol!!
just ordered some from Dr Chronioc with credit card. Will see if they get here.

Just got my seeds from seedboutique.com (Gypsy Nirvana). I got Blue Mystic and Jock Horror, and the free seeds (15 this time) were Skunkman's Skunk #1. Started 5 Blue Mystics germinating a few hours ago, so looks like Blue Mystic and Jock Horror for my winter grows, then maybe I'll screw around with the Skunk #1 next summer. I should be set for the next year or two. Yay! ;)

also relativly cheap i got mine for £35
they keep there seeds refrigerated to keep them fresh and alive do this and seeds can stay alive for up to 5 years

I am about finished as well, I have about 2wks left, but then again I have to check the trichs. Last time they were clear and there arent that many hairs that have turnes red or orange. Nice plant you got there Weed4Life, Did you top the plant or you just got lucky with the 2 main colas :p ? My lpant has been choped and has been drying for the past 4 days. The forth pic, is that your total bud yield? I would say you only yielded about an 1/8 or so. Dude, you really need to get you a high pressure sodium light atleast dude. Offer still stands on my 150w hps. Trust me, you will be amazed with the results. Can you see my girl? Yeah I topped her at the 5th or 6th node which was like the first week of flowering. I just cut the new growth at the top and it produced two colas. walllaaa!! I will do that in the future as well. You'll see my post in about 2 months and I will be growing 5 in soil, and 5 in a hydro setup. I'm Going hydro to learn it all and soil just in case I fukup my hydro. Gotta think of some kind of reserve.
I figure I am going to yield around 200 grams wet weight, and around maybe 120 grams dry weight. From what I have read you are aBLE to yield about .05 a watt of light to a gram. thats plenty for me and also thATS if you have got the environment down to a science.
Why dont you just buy a letter scale, they are cheap and they weigh up to 100 grams like the one I have not too fancy, it was like $4. Peace out m8

Hey I bought mine at a swapmeet when I was in Cali, but the actual name I believe is a hanging letter scale, its metal. it works good for me. You can make sure its right by weighing a nickel and it should be 5g. I love your buds. Looks real good. Smokin' it yet? u can get those scales for 5 bucks at some gas stations and at the post office i believe. tastey lookin buds, enjoy the smoke
Nice Harvest Weed4Life, those buds look sweet :dance: . I smoked some of my bud on monday and last night. The taste does gets better everyday, its a really smooth smoke. I keep them in the cure jar and pick buds when I'm rolling a blunt. :thumbsup:

My buds are fluffy and smell different from those street buds. I thought I dried my harvest to much because they were so dry and flufft. But they smoke a lot better for me when fluffy and a lot stickier :thumbsup: ...Quote:

dr. chronic got lazy on me.....last year was fine for two shipments, stealthy and on time......2 months ago my package got "inspected" needless to say it was not as stealthy as the first two.
If you have the option for express delivery take it.....the faster the delivery method the less time customs has to inspect packages. I have confirmed this in discussions with several custom workers......
