I know that I'm being redundant but showing some more pics as this is new to me. so as you stated they appear to be getting bushy. Is this a trait stemming from the plant genus or growing method that I'm utilizing which is obviously Greek to me being very green!
Its your journal, post all you want. More pics will actually get you more responses round here.
Could be both, but I think its from the environment. lotta light and they stay short. They do get kinda stunted if you hit em with a lot of light from seed. Mine did stretch more, but they're just over a week old.Quote:

Your girls are definitely on their way:thumbsup:
Looking good.
Thanks Bro!
You may want to pull the lights back a cpl inches to get a LITTLE stretch to it. It is most likely genetics. Be sure to gently shake them or give em a fan to make stem stronger. Your girls look healthy and happy :)
When you say take the light back a bit I understand, but what do you mean by "shake them" or give em a fan?
the more your plants move from the breeze off the fans it will get your girls thinking about making her self stronger so she can stay up on her own when bigger
gotcha
Cheers mate
Yea mate:
Placed a fan in there this a.m. & "Shak'n the trees". Wild how plant life responds to these variables!
:cool:Attachment 278012Attachment 278013Attachment 278014 Fan in place, Temp variable @ 85F, Bright & suny
she is looking nice man just dont have a fan going to fast since there only small
Thanks mate:
Just checked on 'em & they look nice. Small amount of movement,,,, visa vie no bending & such..... just some leaf movement? Are we cool with this type of activity? Wide Body, short in stature! Will post more pics in a few days so this way it will be much easier to detect progress & get some more input.
if you put your light up about 2-5inch more this will get them to start stretching making it bigger
SWEET:
Will do... Just had a peek a few moment ago & the smell is .... well you know..... SWEET!!!!!
Done;
approx. 5cm... good 2 go?
just fine just get her stretching for her light but not too much just do it every so often
could to do a picture of your setup
My setup is sooooo frgg'n primitive. However, I do employ the basics such as a good seed, awesome blended soil (hand crafted by yours truly), white closet, good lighting. I need some "Fung Shui" decorating help.... lmao!! I appreciate your knowledge base. & Yea, when I took a whiff of the girls this a.m. they had a distinct pungent smell.
Hey guys:
"Whitetop" recommended that I take the light back a tad to improve "stretch" so employing this technique. Attached a couple pics. Again, the smell is getting more pungent as time moves on. I am taking on All Feedback so please feel free to comment cuz geez luis..... I need all the help that I can get!@

Bro....
Have you had a gander at the latest pics?
Hey bro, hows the grow?
Ya, you're lookin good. How many lights you have on?
Like 7 lights...., 4 40's as fore mentioned & 3 45's. "Whitetop" recommended I take the lights back to approx. 5 inches so that was done this a.m. Its a funny thing but this strain is getting way bushy & it appears to be gaining approx. 1-2cm in "width" every day but height no t so much. Gather this was the reasoning behind Whitetop recommended the light thingy for some stretch. whats going on with ur crop
Guys:
one of my babies wingspan is well over 15.5cm & again it smells like there's a skunk in the room. "Whitetop" was correct in instructing me to take the lights back a bit for they are now getting taller! Cheers to all for I'm feeling quite confident even though
i realize set backs will arise. Smokemypiece was also instrumental in getting my lighting correct so props to all!!
so ya going to put a few pictures of them here so we can see the results ?

Better Up Close Shots!
Bro:
Some discoloration on 1 of the plants. Poss to have a peek?
i dont see much wrong with the close ups just looks like normal growth to me i would just carry on and if it starts getting worse then post in the plant problem section.
Thanks mate.
When it burns at the tip, the last feeding was a little too hot. Just give a little extra water next watering. Actually, do this whenever you see weird discoloration, usually works.
-I burn mine much worse, dont worry.
WW huh, by the looks of it, you got some great beans
Do you mean "fertilizing"... I only did it 1 x when I transplanted?
visa vie should I fertilize with every watering for I had heard of this but I want to hear it from you guys?!
I hear a ton about plant respiration so here it goes..... Would it hurt if I tried a little C02 setup? Fairly simple to do especially indoors? All feedback appreciated. Btw, more pics to come tomorrow.
Cheers
Ya fertilizing/feeding. Just keep feeding light on the plant with the burnt tips, its not bad.
Feed every other watering.
Forget the C02. you need a sealed room anyway.
Thanks for the reinforcement! Pics later today
Hey guys:
Just did a quick growth check & my largest is 16cm in height & 15cm width and the others are just as sweet. So.... they are getting hearty & very bushy especially with the heads up by "Smokemypiece" in telling me to fertilize every other watering. Q: When should I t-plant into the 5 gallon containers? Everyone has been extremely helpful. Thanks again & as always please, please, please.... I welcome constructive criticism .
Cheers
Transplant either: When you have to water every 2 days, Or a week before you plan to flower. Whichever comes first.
-They should be good in 1/2 gallon for a while. I keep mine in the cups till I have to water every day; usually around
