I am going to mess with my camera this weekend and adjust the resolution so you can see the hairs better.
I also have 2 BS in the backyard in soil mushroom compost got it at walmart $1.74 a bag (not sure size) and let me tell you it is some good stuff they love it and so do my veggies. Mixed some perlite and vermiclite (prob spelt that wrong) in with it. I tell you this because my soil grow has been kinda a side deal and wasnt to concerned with the out come but yesterday i noticed that one of them has 9 fingered leaves. I thought that was so awesome i have never seen a 9 fingered leaf. I am not going to change anything with them like adding nutes or anything these are being grown buy soil water and the great new mexico sun. I am wondering though if that is a sign of something? Any input would be great pics of her are below.

WHOO HOO....FLOWERS!
Nice Job Mama! The grow is looking terrific!
Nice flowers!
Are you seeing trichomes yet? It will be cool to see pictures of them a month from now. :hippy:
Thanks sandia and pepurr.. Last nite there was a few leave getting a little tric thier light doesnt come on till 915 so when i go check the water level i will look again. Depending how i feel at that point i might do some better pics. I havent been feeling the best the past couple of weeks.
Gods gift flowers for roughly 8 weeks so i am half way there so i am expecting alot of change in the next few weeks.
I hope you feel better real soon, like right now.
I love looking at them trichomes. Mine has been getting frostier every day. The temptation to snatch a bud gets hard to resist. But resist I must. For now I do get to smoke a fallen leaf or two. I'll be happy with that.
I wonder if there are quadrachomes, or even octochomes. <=== being silly
Thanks sandia and pepurr i hope i feel better like today too. I was finally able to get my good camera to work on the computer. Its a very touchy camera. So the pics should look a little better. The light is so bright though that it takes the picture quality down i did the best i know how on adjusting the picture.
A little issue that i have had for a few days is that the big fan leave are starting to droop. Water level is good temps are good I dont have any testers to test the water but i have never had a problem with it before? Any ideas or is everything looking good and i am just worrying to much.
Since i am only able to add 5 pictures per each post there is two other post following with more pictures.
First is my outdoor grow then the other two will be my indoor grow. ENJOY!!!!!:D:thumbsup:
indoor grow pics
see above post for info
last post of pics for today more to come later please any questions comments advice whatever is much appreciated. Thank you for spending the time to look.
Mama, are you feeding your flowering plants molasses?
no didnt know i need to be using that and i also dont have money for nutrients.
Can you afford grandma's unsulphered molasses? It's about $2-$3 a jar.
Don't use it in a hydro system, if that is what you have. It will gum up the works and make a mess of it all.Quote:

We have taken a $700 pay cut a month so we really cant even afford to think about buying anything. It sucks and thats life. This was my first grow so i really just wanted to see how the plant grew and acted before i start nutrients. I am doing the same with my veggie garden. I have never grown anything before so this is my way of teaching myself. Come sept. i will be getting all the nutrients that i will need and an additional light.
Cool:thumbsup:
In a hydro grow, one would foliar feed the molasses.Quote:

The ones i have in the back are loving the outdoors. My 9 fingered beauty is still 9 fingers, big and bushy. She is gonna be nice come flowering time. If you look at the bottom of her picture there is a bic light for a size reference.
As always comments question and advice always welcome.
Enjoy!
I got to try God's Gift once......it is great medicine.
I would start flowering that big outdoor plant soon, unless it is sativa dominant.
You can use a tarp to give it only 12 hours of light every 24 hours.
I am hoping i can veg it out a little longer till i harvest so i can take some clones off of it.Quote:

Makes sense....I wasn't considering clones.
Sounds like your friend gave you good seeds.......that's a good friend.
I'm with you there....God's Gift is great quality medicine.
Hi everyone. Sorry about the lack of posting it has been almost like hell in my body for the past monthish and havent really felt like talking to anyone (even my hubby and kids). Im not feeling better but i am also up like an hour early today and have nothing to do, cant fall back asleep either.
I took some pictures yesterday morning of my ladies. They are all looking so good. I am truely impressed for my first attempt. Now that i know wtf i am doing i cant wait till next grow.
Off topic question: I am going to be buying some seeds here soon and i am looking for a strain that is a uplifting energetic high that also helps with pain. I cant have a strain that locks me to the couch. I am a full time mommy and a full time student so i cant veg out on the couch. The "Happier" i am the easier my day goes. So my question is to everyone (please more then one person answer) What is my ideal strain? I have gone through the seeds on attitude.com and wow there is so many and i dont even know the difference between indica or stativa or the others. So please help a sista out. Lol i have been wanting to use that phrase for a while...so not me.
Any ways back to my lovely ladies. I havent measured them so i dont know how tall they are i am going to guess around 3 ft. The buds are looking pretty dense and full of flowers. With pretty white crystals all over. The crystals dont look quite done to me but i could be wrong. Thats why i took pictures. I got as close as i could without my camera going out of focus.
My backyard grow started flowering this last weekend. My 9 fingered lady is big and bushy and is going to yeild nicely cant wait.
I really dont have any issues with my plants things are running pretty smoothly.
Thank you all for reading Hope you enjoy!
From your description,I would say a sativa dominant strain is what you need.Quote:
