A bit of history:

I purchased 3 of those bad boys. First one lasted a couple of weeks, the second maybe a week. I figure, maybe I'm just too much a "bull in a china shop" for that meter so I ordered a Milwaukee (which has been rock solid) and figured that me and Hanna were not a match. I had used Hanna gear in the 70's for my aquarium/tropical fish uses and they were top notch.

I now store my probe in a a cup of water so it never has a chance to dry out.

Bad news my friend, camera is a lost cause now! :mad: Damn dog got a hold of it because I left it on the chair rather than putting it away. I'm assuming it chewed it up because it has a little wrist rope at the end that he plays with. He's still a puppy, so he's been chewing on EVERYTHING! Ugh, made me sooo mad!

Anyways, the RR is actually doing REALLY well. Thing has stretched a lot since the last pictures and is probably about 15'' now.

The O.G. I burned a couple leaves with a CFL, but it's still growing well. Also, the PE is doing good as well. Ran into a little rootbound problem with them because I didn't transplant fast enough, but they are fine and recovered well. Plan to take clones from them anyways, so all should be well!

I'm trying to find a way to take some pictures and if I do I'll be sure to post them. :thumbsup:

Sounds like things are moving along. I like to check out these smaller grows with some variety to the strains. You got some good stuff going on. Really interested in seeing the PE grow out, curious about the auto-flower as well. Count me in for a seat. :thumbsup:

mmm yes the camera is a playtoy, my cat loves to attempt at getting at mine. so how far away are you into flowering and did you ever run into any ph problems or like tox/burn?

bro, from like day 20-30 when you were going through preflowers and then into flowering was there a point when your plant would do shit all but sit there eating up expensive water? mine has been doing NOTHING! btw what day is your rr at?

Yea, it's growing slower than I expected, but still growing well. Mine is A LOT more stretched looking then that bush you got there! Branches everywhere too. I'm probably 14 days since I seen pistils and Sept 20 since I started germinating the seed. So roughly 35 days from beginning to present. I guess it actually is growing fast, it's just that it being a AF I was expecting MAJOR growth FAST, but that wasn't the case! :wtf: Oh well, I should be getting some pictures up here some time today!

Well I got a tooth pulled and I'm doped off medication, so this is just a picture update so everybody see what I got going on. I will detail them tomorrow. For now pictures will work! I gave a buddy of mine the P.E. so I can save some space to start the Purple Wreck X Purple Rhino seeds. I will still try to keep picture updates as the P.E. progresses. Next time you see pics, it will probably be a clone and in flowering :) Anyways on to the show.

whoah.. see that's how my buds are lookin like too. they weren't kidding when they said they don't produce much eh? :( do you feed it lots or like minimum? i read recently that the less you give them the better apparently, i don't know why though, maybe it's a negative feedback system in the autos

I hardly feed them. I gave them blooming nutes for the first time, the day before yesterday. They haven't complained so I will continue until they are done. You gotta also remember that it may say it will be done in say 60 days, (like mine) but being that it is in soil, it sha'll take longer than if done hydro. I should have done this one in a DWC bucket. Oh well, I just grew this to smoke something in the mean time while waiting for the others to grow! :jointsmile:

I bet I still get over a half zone off that 18'' plant! That'll last me about a week! LMAO..Probably not even that! I smoke a lot. Half oz of some mid only last me about 3-4 days...Two if it's the weekend! :D

hmm see you're growing in soil so you don't have to feed much. i thnk cuz you are growing in soil you'l have better results just cuz soil buffers lots of changes so the plant never really gets shocked as compared to what i use, coco. ok, well, lookin forward to your new pic updates lol

Yea, for sure. Only problem (not really a problem) is just flushing the excess salts outs of the soil. I'd for sure think CoCo is less forgiving than soil which may be while your running into your "problems." Either way I'm sure yours' will be massive in the end! :D I should have some more picture updates within the next day or so!

Yea, I left them in their McD's cup for about 2 weeks and transplanted into a 4 gallon pot. They are starting to take well. I'm expecting them to be done around beginning to middle Nov. Can't wait to try this sucker out! :) By the time they are finished I will have clones in a flowering chamber I'm working on at the moment! Good things to come soon! Stay tuned! :thumbsup:

hey how are your plants comin along?

They are doing beautifully! The AF is getting super frosty and starting to fill in nicely. I was hoping to have some pictures put up yesterday, but my buddy with the camera hasn't had the time to come by and snap a few shots really quick for me! I'm not expecting huge buds, but definitely sativish high energetic looking buds! I just can't wait till the end of this month! :jointsmile: By then I should be able to start taking clones from the OG and have room to start THE (Purple Wreck) X PR X PW Good things to come soon! Yeah, I figured the RR would be done by the end of the month! They aren't huge like I hoped, but a heat wave came through here for a week and seemed to slow things down. Luckily it's been getting cold because of all the rain! My plant is approximately 18''-20'' tall.

By the time I'm done with these I will be doing SOG grows for now on. I think I may do clones in 1 gallon containers and stuff them to the max in the closet! I have a 400W HPS I've been itching to use, but it's been so hot that I have strayed away from it for now! Going to have to make a cool tube to go on around the bulb to dissipate some of the heat! Good things brewing my friend! :thumbsup:

I've been having shitty life "luck" as well! Ugh, but nothing I can't get over! So long as I have my meds! :thumbsup: Hope all is well on that side brah!

OK, soooo I was just wondering. Being that these are Autoflowers, do you still want to do the same in flowering and cut back from little to no nitrogen, so that the leaves yellow away using up all the nutrients in the fan leaves? Reason being, is because I treated them as if they were any other plant I've grown and cut it's nitrogen off towards the ends and obviously the leaves started to yellow away.

I also noticed how green some peoples plants are even when close to harvest or few weeks before harvest. I'm actually just curious to know how many people do this lack of nitrogen thing in flower. I read that it also helps the chlorophyll come out faster when it's time to dry and cure. Any opinions, experiences? I'm all eyes (since I can't hear anybody :D )

I think it's more genetic related than feeding routines in general.

I've been keeping the same nute ratios for all my plants in my latest run.
At day 47:
The Kandy Kush is supposed to harvest at aprox 85 days and it's fan leaves are turning yellow and starting to drop off starting at the bottom. Most pistils are still viable and more calyx are being formed. Trichromes are still clear.

The BlueberryxHash is supposed to harvest at aprox 54 days and it's fan leves are still a vibrant green. About half the pistals are turing gold/brown while the Trichromes are beginning to start to turn translucent.

BTW I just changed the nutes to PH'd water at 250ppm part A yesterday to begin the flushing out process on the BBxHash, so It should be way more yellow by now.


Go figure...

Yeah, mine sounds similar to your kandy kush! Buds still swelling, but leaves definitely yellowing away....I figure it should be done within the next few weeks, so I guess it is normal! Just wasn't too sure with these AF's. Thanks for the input :thumbsup:

my easy ryder's leaves do go yellow but it's like select leaves on the bottom. they kinda start from the outer edge and quickly move into the whole leaf. i've been using liquid karma for my "flush" to increase metabolism and eat eat eat that green stuff all up

Yea, them buds are definitely eating those fan leaves up :) I can't wait to get a chance to smoke some of this bud. It's got a diesel/spicy smell to it. Hopefully it will taste better than it smells. I'm a big sour or fruity type of smoker.

Wow! So I know it has been a LONG time since I've done updates on here! Everything is going well with the OG! I have taken 15 cuttings and still have the mother growing. Once these clones root I will have some pictures up and ready to start my flowering phase with the first set of clones!

About that time to invest in making a carbon scrubber of some sort!

Since I removed my old door with the fans and the scrubber we had to figure something out. We use those Glade Plug Ins. They have such a strong odour. I also have moisture absorbers and those smoke/animal odour absorber pucks. PLus insence. Insence is amazing and it will never let you down. You aint fooling anyone with that smell but they cant proove shit haha. Any Pic UPdates???

I have incense and glade plug-ins for days, but I'm looking more towards the long run thing. Those plug-ins get costy after awhile. Not to mention I crank them suckers up as high as they can get!

Yes I agree lol they are. I find with the moisture absorbers I have and thse odour pucks I have the smell really isnt that noticable unless ur in my room infront of the door, but yea a scrubber is just easier, very not fun to make hahaha. Good Luck to you.

Appreciate the concern Shake! Things are still rocky with the "lifes problems" but hopefully with time they will subside. Yea, the OG is rockin. I'm about to transplant the mother in to a 5gal bucket for her final resting place and still waiting on the clones!
