6' 290 pounds, my P.E. teacher and also the football coach thinks my ideal weight is 260, my doctor disagrees with him
at least the doctor told me im above average in my town, and well its true no offense but most of these mexicans ARE really tiny (size aint shit tho)
cuz like im 6' 165 and say i got in a fight with some kid that was like 5'5" and 120 or somethin idk, even tho i could overpower him if i didnt know what i was doin and he knew where to hit, it'd be a good fight
Im 6'0ft n weigh 65kg or 143 pounds

People dont always realise how much legs can weigh - the muscles make easy work of moving them, but trying to lift a leg up without using your leg muscles [just using your hands] really shows you how heavy they are.

I havnt weighed myself in about 6 months until I saw this thread. Im 150lbs and about 5'10''. I need to put on some muscle mass I think.
im 6' and weigh 125ish, i want to gain more weight
but my metabolism is too fast
5'3 to 5'4 and about 135 - 150 at the moment, im not fat at all tho.

I am 5' 5" and I dont fluxuate to much from 135-140. Dont loose or gain.
