I like Corned Beef,,,but I love Pastrami...
Brussel sprouts with salt and butter,,,yummo...
Kimchi, it's a Korean food and smells awful. The gag factor from the smell is a 100 on a 1-10 scale with 10 being the worst.

Skink I think you're right re: broccoli family, and (like cabbage) the whole house smells like farts when you cook it...
What about those eggs that are left for like 3 months? I think it's chinese? That's something that i'd try my hardest not to even look at.
And some dish which is rotting shark that's been left under gravel or something for months. Again, something i just wouldnt eat at all.
I'd have to say that fermented yeast extract shit that brits put on their toast. I forget what it is called but it is nasty!
Oh yeah, It's called Marmite. I have a jar in my fridge that has been there for a year or so, I had to see what all the fuss was about. Yuck!
Hey Lip ,
If I'm not mistaken tofu is processed soybean curds .
Really bland and is usually used in dishes to absorb the flavors of other ingredients in the same dish . Just really nasty texture to it man , foul stuff bro .
Crispi

man, once when I was younger I got some tempura chicken, their oil must have been bad or something cause when I took a bit the piece of chicken slid out of the fried batter into my mouth, felt like I had a hot slimy slug in my mouth, totally had to spit it out, I still shudder when I think of it
ohh and something I had to eat all the time growing up at family and family friend's houses... Sauerbraten...

I dont particually like that either, or pineapple but there [as far as i know, at least at my place] only in the mild ones like Korma. I like a bit of heat :DQuote:

I've just read the wiki thing and i cant belive it lol-
"Eaten raw, these peppers are also known to cause dizziness, numbness of hands and cheeks, and severe heartburn."
I didnt get any of that - it was just bloody hot, nearly had my eyes watering but i had some yogurt drink next to me incase it got too much lol.
They've made some new chilli sause - but it comes with it's own warning coz some bloke tried it and ended up dying from it.
thats some crazy chilli im staying well clear of that shit lol
I also dislike sweet fruits- raisins OMG nastiness - in curry with the exception of dried papaya, which is great when it cooks back to softness. I like the sweet-hot effect.Quote:

That stuff if you mix it with coconut cream makes a great quick sauce base, but HOT OMG FUCKING GIMME A RAW POTATO hot.Quote:

When i was 13 at school i bough in alot of green chillis, well, more like 4 large ones and i kept challanging people to eat them - and no one could. I ended up eating them - LOL- for some reason that memory has really stuck with me. That's probably the only thing i've got to be proud of from school LOL.Quote:

i the made the mistake of cooking with scotch bonnets about 6 months ago,i chopped the chillis then had to go to the toilet, forgeting to wash my hands before i went.i ended up sitting in a bath of cold water for about 40 mins, them damn things nearly killed me!!!
the only thing i can think of re: the Toad is not to over-beat the egg whites... like, not into PEAKS because i think the chemical structure changes slightly.... but close...
lol how about a thread of DELICIOUS foods with nasty names? heh heh...
used to love stewed rhubarb, cant stand it any more, i think my mum stuffed too much of it into us back in the 80s!!

My ex's grand parents made a mean rabbit stew,,,wasn't dry at all,,,they also picked the mushrooms from their back yard...Quote:
