Yes, the inline fan can be purchased at a hardware store. It will be in the ducting section, if you are thinking of running a chain of fans I would suggest picking up some of that ducting to do so.
As for the lights that you mentioned, I had no clue what they were. Other than the fact that you said they were mercury vapors. From what I know mercury vapors are not good grow lights, the reason escaping me right. None the less, you can go to the light section at your hardware store and pick up some CFL (Compact Flouresent Lights) in packs for a couple of bucks. As well youcan check out the 2' flourescent tubes to add for side lighting. With the combination of both you will have much healthier plants. You may have to spend a little more, but it may be a little extra you are willing to spend if it will be better overall.
The link to your site was dead, I had no idea where to go.
Respect.

well if i can just run on out let fan then that better n i would prefer to do that, the like has 6500k 850lumm 13wats, if u think it eayer to go with clf the problem with the clf all i can find is Soft light n daytime light is that correct or wat?
I think the CFLs are going to be your best bet. Here is a link to some useful information on plant lighting Buy grow lights at Plantlighting.com
As for the color this is a cool chart to memorize, or have nearby.
CTT in Kelvin (K)/ Light Color/ Effect/
5000 to 8000/ Deep blue/ Encourages excellent leaf and stem growth.
4000 to 5000 / Light blue/ Encourages good leaf and
stem growth.
4000/ Neutral white/ Promotes normal growth.
3700 to 4000/ Warm neutral/ Promotes rapid growth.
3000 to 37000/ Warmer yellow neutral/ Highly active
photosynthesis for all stages of growth.
1500 to 3000/ Hot orange or red/ Promotes flowering
Stay Fresh.

alright well my light fictures has this female end is there any warmer yellow light for this type of socket
Canadian Tire
if not i can alway run 2 of these n 2 cfl for the warm yellow light, any worrie about heat yet?
you are gonna need at least 2 feet of vertical growspace (i.e. from the top of your grow medium to the height at which you are too close to the light). This is is if you scrog. if no scrog then you will probably need even more height.
you can do it with HPS if you cool tube, and you can run a double cool tube if you run both inline. HPS will give you a better yield, and in my experience cfls are a pain to work with since you need so many bulbs. It will be warmer, so a cooltube is a must. I run a 250w hps and my plants can grow right into the cooltube without getting burned. I would recommend a good fan if you are going to be going thru a carbon filter since this can slow things down a bit. a cheap fan will get you cheap circulation. thats why I had to put 2 of them together to get enough flow. If you vent inside your house expect it to get warm.
if you are still planning on the double chamber, double light tube, then i would connect the 2 chambers at the top as well to allow the stinky air to get from the 2nd (in air flow) chamber, since there will be no opening in that one.
the nice thing about dual chambers is you will have a veg chamber and a flower chamber, so you can harvest every 2 months or so, you lucky dog
well first i am just doin my first cab then after i have experince i will make my mains chamber.....hey free heating i cant complain;) as long as it doesnt smell, so i will have ONE ps2 fan for intake now i need a fan for outtake....i plan to make the active carbon filter from the diy thread.....i will make mine 6" in diamitor seeing how i think 8" is huge for a few plants(first cab only member)......recomendation of fan sizes would be wonderfull i was thinking of getting a high=end computer fan but even then i dont know if its enough power to push the air threw.
i was lookin at lights today n i think i am just gona do it this way i am so confused about lighting cause i am worried about heat n when i walk into the store they have 10000000 of light bulb.....soo i want to get a 13" Fluorescent fixture with tube bulbs one for veg n one for growth (or should i do dual then switch them when i wana switch stages)
once again thanks for the help guys
for your filter you are going to need a pretty decent fan. I don't think a computer fan will do it. and yes the 6" filter is fine, it's what i'm using for my cabinet.
a cool tube will eliminate heat issues for HID lights. I really recommend them over fluorescent--you get better, faster growth with HID, and most importantly, more bud. I know they might seem expensive, but think of it as an investment that pays you back in weed.
well see i dont wana build a cool tube right now these light we'll get upgraded in the futur but do u recomend fluorescent or CFL cause that is my two choises for what i am going to use....
for outtake fan i saw on the canadiantire.ca site of a duck fan, a simple fan that goes into a duck here is whatit said about it
