I'm with you on this one, I usually toss my butts into the ashtray, but occasionally toss them out the window for what ever reason. If your seriously reporting people for that, you need to take up a better fucking cause...

I mean seriously, do you report all those you see litering, or just the smokers? If you do it do everyone, I am a little more understanding.
