For some things,yes,because you know certain brands make good quality items.
For other things,no,because the label is just there to jack up the price.

Well here is my idea of an expensive 'pretty' thing I would love to 'wear':

LOL! I get jeans there all the time!
I work at a lab... my clothes get splattered with acid... little holes all over... the lifespan of jeans in my wardrobe is like a month.
I'm not spending any $200 on a pair of jeans, no fucking way... actually I wouldn't even if they WEREN'T gonna get destroyed.
