They were pop music and hardley rock n roll. It was teeny popper music in my eyes, but the worst? No. Emo is worse than that music, and I would take the Beatles being played on the radio that that crap they play now.
All the new punk bands.
The Beatles.
Green Day.
 As it is populist to hate them as well. You simply joined another herd.Quote:

The Beatles were a pop band that wrote pop music. Other than the Beach Boys, there isn't a single pop band, from the 60s to today that can walk on the same ground the Beatles could.

-Beatles are not shitty, but alot of people say they listen to them and adore them and have no idea what their lyrics mean...
-Any new "punk" bands can go straight to hell.... Including Green Day of course, Nimrod wasn't bad though.
-Coldplay is probably the gayest band of all time.
-U2 can suck my bawlz
-Nirvana is good but I don't listen to them much(Kurt is not god, he's only a man who gave no fucks)
-Fall Out Boy will die out in no time I'm sure because they are nothing
-My Chemical Romance can die in a fire for all I care, they have no skill
-Wolfmother, everyone I know thinks they're amazing but I don't see it at all, they suck. If your at my house and put their music on I'm kicking you out.
I CANT STAND Fall Out Boy. I dont see how anyone can like them. Also, i wish radio stations would add a little variety to their playlists. Its basically the same shit every day. They should add songs from local...or underground bands, you know..help them get some recognition. But until that happens i guess im stuck with metallica and bands like that
i dont have anything to say for or against emo as i dont recall having ever listened to any, which is for the best if its just whining, pathetic sympathy seeking crud. i will give it a go just to find out for myself though. if my opinions do make me part of a sepparate herd for hating the beatles then it must be a very small herd indeed, i have never heard anyone [other than the clash] speak ill of them. john lennon was nothing but a self publicist and he is, in my oppinion, the worst element of the beatles [bar ringos drumming] his solo career is less poppy, yet is somehow just as bad because of it. at least george harrison genuinley believed in what he was diong and had a real faith and humanity, the others [especially lennon] were just sellout cash whores.
All these new bands that sound like Coldplay; Keene, The Fray etc...
well said wildstyle, couldnt agree more.
