i am trying to follow in my grandma's footsteps, who was said to have been able to palm a stair step below her feet... :eek:
i dont do enough stretches, though, as i would like to....
i need to get more active in my life, and frankly have no reason to get out of bed... >.> makes it hard to keep consistent with the stretches and whatnot.

yeh i can....haven't tried palms....but it would prolly hurt like hell. like skink said a joint before would help alot.
also i noticed if you time your breathing and stuff...well...uhm. it works.
