Why does syrup mess you up so much?

we got some prescription syrup the real shit...and it was the BOMB!!

Me and friends like to flavor our mids that we buy, for a bit of taste, and if anyone wants to buy our stuff we could make a bit more on the buck. They do it with Kool Aid and a bit of sugar. Even though it DOES taste really good, I keep telling them they're shitting up their lungs too much. I've only flavored mine a few times, but it was with some Black flavored Tea made from a Tea Bag, so no sugar :D

idk about syrup but i like to put honey on my blunts if 4+ people are smoking on it. I dont think it inhances the effect but it does burn slower
