They broke up like two years ago man, Subliminal Verses 3 was their last album. It was because of personal issues between the band members or something, I didn't look into it much. Yes, I just did some research myself on this and it looks like Slipknot is just on a break. :)

Oh well my bad, these were just what I heard.
And I didn't know Stone Sour was an older band, I had never heard of them untill recently.
