No but seriously, you have to find a dealer to find cannabis if it is illegal in your area, and if you live anywhere other than Holland, then there is a good chance it's illegal. Dealers don't have signs up or advertise, so you're going to have to ask around.
Ask some friends, or your cousin, co-workers, people you go to school with, or just random people who you think look like cannabis tokers. They're out there, so you will have to ask. The worst someone would say is just No. Just don't ask a cop. ;)

if you know anyone who smokes, just ask them to hook you up and you'll throw some weed/cash their way for it. most stoners respond well to motivation like that.
