Yeah a few of my friends have started rolling their own. I was told that Texas was the only one affected by the tax thing...but I guess I'm wrong..I'm just glad I'm not a chainsmoker and only need one when I"m at work.
as far as i know, the entire us was effected by the new tax law.. some real bullshit too... i still remember when they raised cigarettes prices awhile back, when certain huge cigarette companies started getting the shit sued out of them... my grandma started letting me smoke right before that price hike went into effect... then years later, it happens again...
according the people who proposed the new tax, they were hoping it would lower the ammount of smokers... but the ones who would be detered by the price hike, obviously aren't the ones that need to be worried about... not only do alot of people still smoke, but now it's costing them even more money...
