Your only "dead" when your brain waves have stopped, so if you'd died died as we know it you'd either never have woken up or you'd be a vegtable.

Actually YOU age because your self replicating DNA looses a very small end of its code when the cell replicates. Science is finding out how to make the cell replicate entirely, in therie this would stop your age at where ever you want 18, 30,50 ect ect.

One of the things that they'll be able to do in the not-too-distant future, with DNA science, will be to make an exact replica of your body. They'll scoop out the brain when the replica is "born", feed the body growth accelerators to make it age to about 30, and freeze it. By doing this, you'll always have spare body parts to replace any organs that are sick or injured.

Of course, the religious nuts will be against it so it may not happen any time soon.
