umm... i duno what yal heard... but it is illegal to have sex with anyone 17 and younger, when you're 18+(although, technically, two, say... 16 year olds can fuck and face no real problems, legally) EVERYWHERE in the us...

and also, atleast in texas, if you're 17, and she's 14, you can go to jail.
but, a 14 and a 16 year old can have sex... 3 year gap= illegal. 2 year gap= legal.
